Vivendi Architects are tasked with assisting a family run business in increasing efficiency and revamping their industrial building and day to day operations. The client required alterations to the layout and design of the factory to maintain and enhance its position in the manufacturing sector, meeting the demands for new technology and equipment.
Following a rigorous concept design stage, we gained planning and building regulations approval for the construction of a 3-storey extension increasing the operational capabilities with additional workshop areas and recreational spaces.
