Vivendi Architects were appointed to design a new build bespoke luxury apartment block to replace an existing family dwelling. Our involvement successfully moved from feasibility studies, planning approval and then full building regulations and tender package submission.
The proposal for the apartments involves the construction of 8 self-contained flats over ground, 1st and 2nd floor levels. Provision was also made for car parking at basement level. Each flat goes above and beyond the nationally described space standards, incorporating spacious terraces and balconies to the upper floors, and generous gardens at ground floor level too.
