We were approached by our long-standing client to assist them in modernising the current offices premises on Tottenham Court Road. The project was for the internal ‘CAT A’ office refurbishment and window replacement and coordination of new services and finishing materials throughout.
The redesigned layout includes an open-plan environment with exposed ceiling services, utilising the office’s height effectively. The upgraded window systems have been selected to improve the office outlook, increase natural light, and elevate the office’s acoustic performance.
