This narrow new build dwelling was a concept which developed into a fully materialised project following an extensive design process by our team. This challenging site measures less than 3m in width and sees the creation of a new dwelling in-place of a dilapidated garage, located in close proximity to Bounds Green Station, in North London.
The proposed split-level arrangement allowed us to fully explore the scale and layout of the building to provide comfortable accommodation with an inconspicuous front façade and an expressive rear stepped façade, designed to increase privacy and natural light.
