Our design proposal was to demolish the existing building adjacent to Crouch Hill train station and introduce a new building of high architectural detail and merit providing 9 self-contained residential units with an A1 commercial unit to part of the ground floor level.
The project was unfortunately never constructed as the site was purchased by a new owner who never implemented the works.
