Vivendi Architects were appointed to design a bespoke 6-bed residential property to further compliment an established street scene in Hadley Wood.
At the planning stage we were able to successfully alter the main entrance to the property from St Ronan’s Close to the prominent road of Beech Hill, increasing the overall development value.
The building is formed over four levels, including basement and habitable roof space, a cinema room, games room and bespoke swimming pool. enhancing the residential experience. Following planning approval, we then continued onto the detail design stage and provided on-site assistance during the construction phase.
