Following a granted Planning Permission by others, we were appointed to provide architectural services, including a redesign and new planning application, Building Regulations Application and detail design for the creation of 3 x new homes and 8 x new self-contained flats within the grounds of a listed building.
During our involvement on this project, we closely collaborated with the Client and professional consultants, which enabled the team to facilitate the design of high-spec residential units.
