We were approached by our Client to conduct design studies, prepare a comprehensive planning application, and complete detail design stage for a new-build scheme.
The project was for the demolition of an existing two storey office building to create a new commercial unit at ground level with residential units to the floors above. Upper floors are occupied by 5 no. self-contained residential units with balconies and roof terraces to provide amenity spaces to the development.
