The proposal involved the conversion of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floor levels of a vacant education building into 9 new self-contained units involving significant internal and structural alterations.
Due to the dilapidated condition of the existing building, new floors were required throughout including a new feature staircase and lift to facilitate a new luxury residential development in the heart of Oxford Street. There were no significant alterations or extensions to the property along the front façade due to the sensitivity of the building except for minor repairs and restoration works.
