Our scheme was for the redevelopment of a car parking site for a new build children’s day care centre. The proposed scheme has been purposefully designed to ensure that the overriding qualities of the conservation area are sustained and reinforced.
Ongoing correspondence with London Borough of Enfield’s Planning Department prior to our planning submission, provided valuable guidance in addressing various design questions including the introduction of a ventilation strategy through the shallow pitched zinc roof.
