We were approached by our Client to consider the introduction of a part-new, part-extended mix-use building, to the rear of Green Lanes. The design team worked closely together to assess matters of daylight, residential amenity, privacy, security and accessibility for the new units.
The initial feasibility studies assessed multiple development/refurbishment routes to ascertain a viable project development with proposed extension and redevelopment options explored.
Following a lengthy feasibility and pre-application process the project brief was for the creation of 5 new self-contained units and the part demolition and extension of the existing ground floor A1 commercial unit.
The project is currently under construction, and we hope to update you with photographs of the completed building soon.
