Following our client’s purchase of the development site with planning approval for a new 4-storey residential development consisting of 7 dwellings, Vivendi Architects were appointed to redesign the approved scheme (by others) and a new planning application was submitted for a 5-storey residential development consisting of 9 luxury apartments. Following the success of planning, a full Building Regulations package and detail design shortly followed.
The redesign of the apartment block allowed us to introduce a new fenestration treatment rich in style and character incorporating full height glazing and private terraces to each unit.
