Our project on Fonthill Road entailed the demolition of an existing commercial structure and the subsequent construction of a new build mix use 4-storey building. This new structure comprises 4 commercial units on the ground floor, while the upper levels accommodate 9 self-contained residential units.
In order to harmoniously integrate with the surrounding architectural context, special attention was given to the design of the front façade. The intention was to seamlessly merge our building with its neighbouring structures, contributing to the overall terrace-style aesthetic of the area.
Conversely, the rear façade was conceptualised with a focus on residential with balconies overlooking a large green roof over the commercial units.
