Vivendi Architects were appointed to design a new bespoke house and a separate apartment block on the site which consisted of two existing houses on Camlet Way, Hadley Wood. Our involvement has successfully seen us move from feasibility studies, planning approval and then a full building regulations and tender submission.
The proposal for the apartments involved the construction of five self-contained flats over ground, 1st and 2nd floor levels. Provision was also made for a luxury car parking at basement level . Each flat goes above and beyond the nationally described space standards, incorporating long gardens at ground floor level and spacious terraces and balconies to the upper floor level.
