This project explores the creation of a new build, 3-storey family dwelling in the residential street of Broad Walk, in North London. The proposed appearance draws influence from the surrounding area and makes use of architectural forms combined with locally used materials, providing a diverse fenestration pattern, in-keeping with the character and overall aesthetic of the area.
The scheme provides spacious living accommodation and integrates natural light and outdoor spaces to the inner core.
