Vivendi Architects were approached to carry out an appraisal and feasibility study, shortly followed by a planning application for the demolition of two dwelling houses to create a new residential development consisting of 9 self contained units with provision of rear car parking and garden amenity. The scheme was designed to be in keeping the street scene with a little twist to the overall fenestration treatment.
Following the success of planning we were appointed to carry out a full Building Regulations submission and detail design stage.
