Vivendi Architects were appointed to design a bespoke 5-bed residential property replacing an existing stable and barn workshop within a Greenbelt Site. At pre-application stage we were able to successfully agree a strategy and determine the design within the challenging site.
The proposal has been designed to be of the appearance of an agricultural building in keeping within the site context as agreed following an in-depth pre planning consultation.
The project includes a number of sustainable features including natural ventilation and energy efficient light fittings in and outside the building.
