Vivendi Architects were approached for redevelopment of the site:

Phase 1: A Change of use of an existing B1 dry cleaning business to new live/work units and the erection of 2 additional floors for private residential units. As part of the expansion works here we introduced the use of Zinc cladding for the fenestration treatment to the 2 additional new floors with projecting pods with full height openings.

Phase 2: Following the completion of the tender package of phase 1 a further planning application was granted for the demolition of an existing (B1 Light Industrial) building to the rear of the site for the erection of a new six storey development comprising of 2 x New Commercial Units (B1 Office Use) at Ground level and 14 x new luxury self contained residential units to the upper floors.

The additional new block was designed to compliment the fenestration treatment of the main building along Arcola Street as part of the overall regeneration and master planning to the site.
